  • As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients in Japan, demonstrating how our platform can solve complex business challenges by blending deep expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) with sharp business insight.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, understand customer challenges and business objectives, and clearly articulate our value proposition.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of our HCM product roadmap, competitive landscape, and industry trends to position Workday as a market leader.
