Job Summary

  • Strengthen professional practice and quality of care within the organization.
  • Facilitate and provide leadership in the development of a comprehensive wound care program, including orientation, training and evaluation plan for all staff.
  • Support and participate in quality and safety initiatives, coaching and mentoring staff at the bedside while promoting clinical champions for pressure injury prevention.
