Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 8 to 12 years FP&A experience
  • 4 years PE-backed company experience
  • Built rolling multi-quarter forecast from scratch
  • Deep fluency in SaaS metrics ARR MRR NRR
  • Prepared PE board package or data room

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with hybrid revenue model services software
  • Familiarity with NetSuite Salesforce Looker
  • Previous PE sponsor transition or M&A process
  • Experience in digital marketing or SMB markets
  • Proactive identification of EBITDA add-backs

Key Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of FP&A experience
