Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing skilled trades teams
  • Team-building experience (hired, developed, scaled workforce)
  • Full product lifecycle experience (prototype to rate production)
  • Strong tactical execution skills
  • Workforce development experience
  • Safety leadership track record
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions
