Job Summary

  • As a Clinical Care Partner your role is to ensure that our clients receive person-centred, high-quality care by overseeing and coordinating complex clinical and care needs through assessment, care planning and coordination of services.
  • You’ll spend the majority of your day on the road, engaging with clients within the community.
  • Save tax and increase your take home pay by salary packaging your everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900) and meal entertainment (up to $2,650) per annum.
