  • The Soft Services Manager is fully responsible for the overall operation of vendors completing custodial services, landscaping, pest control, snow removal, etc., and will also work with other managers to ensure efficient utilization and accountability for space and facilities.
  • Responsibilities include developing plans and programs in response to present and anticipated space and facility requirements, prioritizing work based on client needs and on-time completion, and ensuring all subcontractors receive required training.
  • The role involves managing the day-to-day soft services operations of client’s buildings and facilities, influencing, developing, and controlling budget, costs, staff, and vendors by planning, scheduling, implementing processes, and drafting procedures.

  • Experience utilizing a CMMS
