Job Summary

  • The International Business Lead will serve as the co-leader of the newly established International Program Management Office (iPMO), responsible for overall leadership, international governance, and cross-functional coordination to execute ManTech’s 2027 Strategic Plan and support international expansion.
  • This role will oversee the 'Standing Member Organization' of the iPMO, driving agile, compliant, and technology-driven execution of global operations, managing the lifecycle of international contracts from 'Design' through 'Build' and 'Operate'.
  • The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in international labor and compliance laws, corporate governance, and management with proven experience in managing an Employer of Record (EOR), and a strong foundation in all facets of business operations, systems, and process optimization.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, International Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in international business management
  • At least 3 years focused on international HR and project management
  • Expert knowledge of international labor laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing and leveraging global service providers such EORs, PEOs
  • Proven experience with enterprise business systems and technology
