• Functions as part of the dialysis health care team providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Responsible for setup, operation, and monitoring of hemodialysis machines, patient evaluation, and documentation of treatment parameters.
• Supports infection control practices, patient education, and transitional care to enhance patient experience and treatment outcomes.
