Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years Quality Engineering experience
  • Direct manufacturing in plant experience
  • Expertise with APQP, Lean, Six Sigma, PPAP, 8D, FMEA
  • Lead auditor competence within ISO-9001 systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical software

Nice-to-have

  • Bilingual capabilities considered a strong asset
  • Experience influencing in a matrix organization
  • Active knowledge of high volume manufacturing

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
  • 3-5 years of Quality Engineering experience including at least 2 years in plant manufacturing
