  • You are responsible for Lead team performance to meet Annual Operating Plan targets, including recruiting, developing, mentoring, and evaluating Enterprise Client Executives (ECEs).
  • Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $319,000 to $368,000, annually.
