You will lead in vivo pharmacology and immune monitoring to enable data-driven progression of programs from discovery toward translation, with priority focus on (1) cell therapy (CAR-T), followed by (2) immuno-oncology and (3) immunology.
You will own key humanized mouse platforms and associated ex vivo and in vivo CAR-T characterization workflows, delivering rigorous, decision-enabling datasets that inform candidate selection, dose/regimen strategy, mechanism-of-action understanding, and translational biomarker hypotheses.
