Job Summary

• This role is accountable for the holistic design of Engineering tooling, SDLC workflows, AI Powered Engineering (AIPE) interactions, and Platform as Product experiences.
• Operating at a Domain level, the Principal Product Designer will shape how engineers experience internal platforms and AI-enabled workflows—ensuring they are usable, coherent, scalable, and aligned to engineering standards and business outcomes.
• We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office.
