Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to support the Nursing Department by performing a variety of essential support functions for residents and staff.
Employees must maintain orderly and clean resident rooms, common areas, and equipment while following strict safety and hygiene protocols.
Staff are required to report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and safety violations immediately to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
