  • The Maintenance Group Leader will be responsible for leading a group of skilled, hourly workers to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and processes.
  • Improve business results using Lean Manufacturing; identify and eliminate waste for Safety, Quality, Throughput, and Cost.
  • Coach and mentor team members and Team Leaders to foster skill development and adherence to standard work practices.
