  • You will communicate across marketing, product management, business development and leadership teams to target, develop, organize, and coordinate such events.

Key Requirements

  • 6+ Years of experience with tradeshows, events, and hospitality event management
  • Experience with On-Premise B2B or Life Sciences industry
  • Production and project management experience
  • Supplier and vendor negotiation and management experience
  • Budget tracking and expense reconciliation experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, and sales enablement tools
  • Legally authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
