Salary
Base salary + target incentive: $194,750 to $305,000 annually at 85% to 120% performance achievement; plus company fleet/car; plus generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience
BA or BS in Business or similar field
US work authorization required
Reside in or within commuting distance to Baltimore
