This role will develop technical proposals, cost estimates, statements of work, change requirements, and project schedules for various facility projects.

Key Requirements
TS/SCI with Poly
BA degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 13+ years of prior relevant experience
Five or more years of experience within the Intelligence Community (IC)
Twelve or more years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience securely disconnecting, tagging, documenting, and staging IT equipment in SCIF environments
