Key Requirements

  • Prior Motorsports Leadership experience
  • BS or MS in Mechanical, Aerospace or Automotive Engineering
  • 7+ years of professional experience in top-level auto racing
  • 2+ years of experience in NASCAR Sprint Cup
  • 3+ years of motorsport management or leadership experience
  • Experience with engineering methods
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills
  • Ability to travel outside of continental US
