The successful candidate will oversee system risk assessment, safety case development, and failure analysis from early prototypes through mass production.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years product development experience
Safety-critical autonomous systems expertise
BS in Engineering degree required
Leadership of cross-functional engineering teams
Experience with HARA and DFMEA methodologies
Nice-to-have
Experience releasing complex electromechanical systems
Knowledge of ISO 26262 and IEC 61508 standards
Proficiency with Python, Matlab, and Reliasoft tools
Background in robotics or autonomous vehicles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Key Requirements
10+ years relevant product development experience
BS in Engineering (MS preferred)
