Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
3D CAD modeling experience preferably Inventor
Tolerance stack-up analysis and material selection
Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles application
FDA regulations and Quality Management Systems knowledge
Nice-to-have
Cross-functional team collaboration skills
Problem-solving in project management environments
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
Willingness to travel occasionally
Positive can-do attitude in high-energy environments
Key Requirements
Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering
At least one year of relevant experience
Competency in written and oral Spanish and English
