Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years banking or insurance experience
BPMN process modeling skills
German language proficiency B2-C1
Project management office (PMO) responsibility
IT service management process design
Nice-to-have
Curiosity to use modern AI tools
Experience with corporate banking initiatives
Strong stakeholder management skills
Certifications in PRINCE2 or CAPM
Knowledge of Salesforce Admin
Key Requirements
Completed studies in economics, IT, or related field
Minimum 3 years professional experience in banking/insurance/consulting
