Job Summary

  • The Partner Strategy and Growth team leads strategy, planning and business development for the partner business at Workday, defining and executing strategy with leaders across the business.
  • The Workday Wellness Technical Business Development role leads go-to-market with strategic partner relationships in Workday Wellness, a next-generation platform for benefits and care.
  • A successful Tech BD will lead technology engagement with complex partner relationships, establish trust, demo capabilities, provide deep expertise, and support onboarding and integration with Workday Wellness APIs.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $145,800 USD - $218,600 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $131,800 USD - $234,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Role may be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years in software as a service companies
  • 2+ years of experience in presales or value management
  • Demonstrated understanding of APIs
  • Experience in US healthcare, financial services or insurance markets
  • Ability to frame, structure and execute large and complex partner deals
  • Ability to engage with executives
  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in Computer Science / Engineering preferred
