Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Director of Animal Health Programs/Livestock within the Veterinary Division.
This role involves administering and enforcing North Carolina General Statutes designed to aid in the diagnosis, control, and eradication of diseases in livestock and poultry.
The Director directly supervises four field Veterinary Medical Officers and indirectly manages eleven Animal Health Technician I positions along with administrative staff.
