  • Conduct technical assessments, develop training plans, and provide support to build the capacity of WASH Officers and community volunteers for sustainable WASH practices.
  • Represent the program in sector coordination meetings, engage with stakeholders, and influence government policies to positively impact children's well-being.

Key Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Environmental Health, Public Health, Water Engineering, or Social Sciences
  • At least two years' hands-on experience in rural/peri-urban public health or WASH programs
  • Experience in project management cycle, donor reporting, and communication
  • Training or experience in Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) or rapid rural appraisals
  • Exemplary people management skills
  • Excellent skills in report writing
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English
