Lead, coordinate, and supervise the implementation of WASH activities in specific districts, focusing on community engagement and disease prevention.
Conduct technical assessments, develop training plans, and provide support to build the capacity of WASH Officers and community volunteers for sustainable WASH practices.
Represent the program in sector coordination meetings, engage with stakeholders, and influence government policies to positively impact children's well-being.

Key Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Environmental Health, Public Health, Water Engineering, or Social Sciences
At least two years' hands-on experience in rural/peri-urban public health or WASH programs
Experience in project management cycle, donor reporting, and communication
Training or experience in Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) or rapid rural appraisals
Exemplary people management skills
Excellent skills in report writing
Effective written and verbal communication in English
