The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with established standards and policies.
Essential duties include ensuring maintenance schedules are followed, reporting all incidents, coordinating with nursing services, and performing routine and unscheduled maintenance on the facility and equipment.
The role requires the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and maintain the confidentiality of resident care information.
