Base: $110,400.00 - $165,600.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan; Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, PTO, etc.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Manage customer training and education
  • Conduct product workshops and labs
  • Maintain technical knowledge of surgical procedures
  • Manage lab logistics and inventory
  • Work onsite minimum 4 days a week

Nice-to-have

  • Prior bioskills or cadaveric lab experience
  • Familiarity with OR workflows
  • Experience with Medtronic's Surgical portfolio
  • Comfort working with human anatomical material
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years clinical/lab management
  • Advanced degree with 3+ years clinical/lab management
  • U.S. work authorization required for non-Principal roles
