The position is responsible for managing the customer training and education area, leading a team to conduct product workshops, consultative labs, and assist with medical education labs.

Salary
Base: $110,400.00 - $165,600.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan; Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, PTO, etc.
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Manage customer training and education
Conduct product workshops and labs
Maintain technical knowledge of surgical procedures
Manage lab logistics and inventory
Work onsite minimum 4 days a week
Nice-to-have
Prior bioskills or cadaveric lab experience
Familiarity with OR workflows
Experience with Medtronic's Surgical portfolio
Comfort working with human anatomical material
Build strong, collaborative relationships
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years clinical/lab management
Advanced degree with 3+ years clinical/lab management
U.S. work authorization required for non-Principal roles
