Must-have

  • 433A Industrial Mechanic Certificate of Qualification
  • Red Seal Certification or Interprovincial Endorsement
  • Pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge required
  • Troubleshoot high-speed automated packaging equipment
  • Electromechanical preventative maintenance experience

Nice-to-have

  • Welding experience is an asset
  • TIG and Arc welding with fabricating ability
  • Experience in food industry or dairy sector
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong analytical skills for breakdown situations

Key Requirements

  • Must hold 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certificate of Qualification
  • Provide Skilled Trades Ontario Red Seal Certification or Interprovincial Red Seal Endorsement
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing setting
  • Minimum 1 year of experience related to food industry or high-speed process equipment
  • Ability to support all shifts including weekends and overtime
