Job Summary

  • Provide L1 support, answer help desk telephones and various methods of inquiries for multiple accounts and responds to all customer inquiries to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Assist customers in resolving all technical problems by providing troubleshooting guidance regarding software and hardware problems.
  • This position is remote within Canada only and requires a rotation of 24/7 shift work, including nights and weekends.

Key Requirements
