Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for providing daily support to Airlines or MROs regarding Service Bulletin inquiries to maintain continued aircraft airworthiness and improve Customers operations & profitability.
The job holder is responsible for the Retrofit Solutions Customer Front Desk performance and to drive continuous improvement related to Customer Front Desk process, tools, governance to ensure the best queries answer is provided to our customers.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
