Responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of electrical hardware designers, providing technical direction, assigning tasks, and ensuring the team's productivity and efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within propulsion teams and across other SMTs.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering Required
Masters degree preferred
Minimum 10+ years working experience in automotive hardware electronics design
Experience in design & analysis tools like Mentor Graphics
In-depth knowledge of microprocessor controllers, mixed-signal design
In-depth knowledge of requirements engineering process
In-depth knowledge of verification and validation processes
