Integer is seeking a temporary Finance Manager for their Tijuana location, responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and leadership over a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in finance and analytics, particularly in a manufacturing environment

Job Summary

  • Leads the preparation of Monthly Financial Reporting packages reviewed with Functional Management and/or Executive Leadership team.
  • Provides financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting support to Senior Management, with frequent interactions with the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Provides leadership to Associates in all areas including: hiring, performance management and objective setting, coaching, counseling and corrective actions.
