  • This role involves planning and facilitating employee appreciation efforts, managing the employee break area, and administering the employee recognition program to foster a 'ONE-CREW' mentality.
  • The position requires developing creative fan-focused initiatives for service recovery, surprise and delights, and guest milestones, as well as completing day of show/post-show reports for service improvements.
