Job Summary

  • Serves as the Senior Compliance Engineer help driving certification strategy and execution across Fluence Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) products, ensuring alignment with global safety and regulatory standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional engineering teams, test labs, and certification agencies to coordinate all relavant certification and compliance test efforts including for on time execution.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance across the organization by help developing internal best practices and raising Fluence’s overall certification capability and execution maturity.
