Base: $129,300.00 - $193,900.00; Bonus/Equity: discretionary bonus and annual bonuses; Benefits: health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Master’s Degree with 6+ years experience
• experience with composite flight materials lay-up and inspection
• ability to obtain DoD Secret and Top-Secret CSI clearance
• U.S. citizenship as defined by ITAR
