The Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer will ensure all project objectives including safety, technical correctness, budget and schedule are met for dry vacuum pump and liquid ring pump/compressor systems.
The role involves designing custom instrumentation and control systems, developing control logic, supporting DCS/PLC integration, and optimizing system reliability.
The engineer will interface with multiple departments, direct designers and technicians, and support testing protocols including FAT for order validation.

development of electrical schematics and BOMs
DCS and PLC integration expertise
knowledge of NEC, NFPA, CSA, FM, UL standards
control logic and ladder diagrams
ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
flexible working hours and travel up to 15%
Nice-to-have
knowledge of instrumentation control valves and flow meters
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
strong oral and written English communication skills
ability to work without close supervision
experience with E-Plan and AutoCAD
knowledge of fieldbus topology
Key Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 years industrial electrical design experience
Knowledge of process piping systems and associated equipment
Familiarity with national and international electrical standards
