Job Summary

  • Partner directly with leaders and teams across the Injectable Aesthetics business to drive talent strategies and people initiatives that enable strong performance and engagement.
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for field-based leaders and teams, providing coaching, guidance, and support on day-to-day people matters.
  • Collaborate with the Employee Relations Lead, Talent Lead, and broader HR team to ensure alignment with enterprise HR practices and organizational goals.
