Partner directly with leaders and teams across the Injectable Aesthetics business to drive talent strategies and people initiatives that enable strong performance and engagement.
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for field-based leaders and teams, providing coaching, guidance, and support on day-to-day people matters.
Collaborate with the Employee Relations Lead, Talent Lead, and broader HR team to ensure alignment with enterprise HR practices and organizational goals.

Base: $155,000-$180,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term incentive program; Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, hybrid work
