Job Summary
Serve as the critical operational link between account managers, FAEs, distribution partners, and end customers in support of the Lead-to-Order Process.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide proactive back-office support, and work directly with end customers on orders and inquiries.
Manage escalation or exception requests on customer orders, coordinate sample requests and NPI support, and collect/analyze demand signals for sales forecasts.
