Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with acceptable record
6 months to 3 years facilities maintenance experience
Microsoft Office software proficiency
Ability to read schematic blueprints
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Nice-to-have
Construction experience preferred
Licensed electrician status
HVAC and/or Electrical experience
Team player attitude
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
Key Requirements

3+ years experience for Facility Technician 2 level
