Job Summary
The People & Culture Experience & Delivery Partner team provides responsive day to day P&C support and generalist advice, operating as trusted advisors for Google DeepMind’s Leaders and Managers.
Key responsibilities include providing dynamic coaching and advice on P&C topics, executing P&C initiatives, and conducting analysis on employee data to identify trends and inform decisions.
The role is embedded in the People Operations team, supporting learning and development and providing both training and practical experience to cultivate generalist expertise.
