Job Summary
Under direct supervision of the Outside Operations Coordinators and Managers, is responsible for thorough supervision, and coordination of direct personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
Responsible for supervising set up/tear down of all events. Includes sign making, sign distribution, cone/delineator placement and barrier installations.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
