Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (construction/engineering preferred) and 3 years estimating experience OR High School degree and 5 years estimating experience
• Proficient in MS Project or other construction scheduling software
• Effective blueprint take-offs
• Delineate subcontractor scopes of work
• Customer service and sales presentation skills
• Extensive travel required (approx. 30%)
