Job Summary

• Independently be responsible for end-to-end recruitment execution for various positions, including demand decoding, job profiling, candidate sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiation and onboarding follow-up, ensuring efficient and high-quality recruitment closure.
• Conduct in-depth talent mapping for key positions and target functions, proactively build and maintain talent pipelines, identify and track high-potential passive candidates, and provide effective talent solutions for business hiring needs.
• Closely cooperate with hiring managers and business departments to clarify recruitment needs, align recruitment standards, and promote efficient communication and coordination among all parties; maintain good communication with candidates to optimize candidate experience.
