• The Senior Manager plays a key role in executing operational activities for the insurance business, with primary responsibility for Records Management, Business Continuity Management, and supporting a variety of risk and operational initiatives.
• This role partners closely with channel partners and vendors, and provides oversight on key insurance processes to ensure regulatory adherence, operational excellence, and an improved client experience across all channels and brands.
