  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities or Trade related fields desirable
  • Demonstrated aptitude in interpreting and analysing numerical data
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property
  • Experience in front and back-office processes required
  • Strong PC literacy
  • Demonstrated client reporting and continuous improvement capabilities
  • Understanding of 24 hour call out / contact requirement
