ANSER is seeking an Associate Domestic Mergers & Acquisitions Case Analyst to support the Department of Defense's evaluation of domestic M&A transactions affecting the defense industrial base. The role requires a candidate with at least two years of relevant experience and an active TS/SCI clearance to assist with due diligence, research, and reporting on M&A impacts
Job Summary
Assist with monitoring, researching, and analyzing domestic mergers and acquisitions involving major U.S. defense suppliers to assess potential impacts to the Defense Industrial Base (DIB).
Support the review and assessment of domestic M&A transactions subject to the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act and DoD Directive 5000.62.
Collaborate with investment analysts, legal counsel, transaction parties, and other government stakeholders to support the M&A review process.
