The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse in the day-to-day recording and charting of medical and administrative information.
Essential duties include maintaining daily census reports, resident rosters, and transcribing physician orders to care plans and medication records.
This role ensures medical records are maintained accurately and supports facility committees and in-service training programs.
