Base: $118,600.00 - $178,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual performance bonuses available; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's or Master's in STEM discipline
8 years aerospace structural analysis experience
Ability to obtain Secret clearance
Proficiency with FEMAP and NX software
Experience with static and dynamic structural analysis
Nice-to-have
Active DoD secret clearance
Experience with Nastran and Abaqus
Composite material modeling expertise
Team collaboration and problem-solving skills
Background in continuous evaluation programs
