You will establish a cluster-wide Testing Guild and apply cloud-native, data- and AI-assisted quality insights to accelerate delivery and strengthen regulatory assurance for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Success requires leading the shift from manual to automated testing integrated with CI/CD pipelines while defining standards for API, UI, performance, and security testing.

8-12 years QA/QE experience
Automation-first continuous testing
Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM testing
Cloud-native microservices testing
Quality analytics and DORA metrics

SRE concepts and progressive delivery
Salesforce platform experience
Internal capability uplift coaching
Risk-based quality governance
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
ISTQB Advanced or Test Manager certification preferred
Azure AZ-400 or AWS DevOps certifications preferred
3-5 years leading enterprise QA functions
Experience with Azure DevOps and Playwright/Selenium
