Job Summary
As an HR Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting configuration requests and participating in projects, applying technology to support business requirements.
A key focus of this role is supporting and enhancing Workday Recruit, partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition CoE to design, configure, and optimize recruiting processes.
You will also support and manage day-to-day operations with Paradox and HiredScore to ensure smooth recruiter workflows and high-quality candidate engagement.
