Must-have
3+ years software engineering or systems architecture experience
Experience designing AI evaluation infrastructure
Ability to read code and participate in technical design reviews
Proven track record shipping failing projects to production
Led alignment between three distinct engineering organizations
Nice-to-have
Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI security clearance
Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, or autonomous agent workflows
Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering
2+ years working with DoD, IC, or Civil agencies
Experience using Linear for technical project management
Key Requirements
3+ years in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical program management
Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance (Preferred)
2+ years public sector experience with DoD, IC, or Civil agencies (Preferred)
